Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order is accepted, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Deliveries typically take between 7-12 business days from shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Return Period: You may request a return within 14 calendar days following your delivery date.
Condition Requirements: Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
Return Authorization: Contact Barebones at floriandapo4@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number before sending any items back.
Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, you must submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this time cannot be processed as order fulfillment may have begun.
