At Barebones, your satisfaction matters. We offer returns and refunds on eligible items to ensure a positive shopping experience under the terms below.

Return Window and Eligibility

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

Be unused, undamaged, and in brand-new condition
Include the original packaging whenever possible

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned without original packaging are not eligible for refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Please note we do not accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order items
Digital products and downloadable files
Gift cards and promotional rewards
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Goods damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Barebones via floriandapo4@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
Do not send your return before receiving instructions from us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at floriandapo4@gmail.com. Include photos and order details to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please keep your shipping receipt for refund verification.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at floriandapo4@gmail.com. After this period, cancellations are generally not accepted if the order has been processed or shipped.
